Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which could increase depending on the extent of use or damage.

You are responsible for generating the return shipping label and covering any return shipping costs. If an item is sent back without prior approval, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item for the inspection process before your refund is issued.


Refunds

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package and are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
