At BalmScent, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders within the United States totaling $120.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.00 applies to U.S. orders below the free shipping threshold. Additionally, an extra $0.05 will be added for each additional item in your cart until your order reaches the free shipping minimum.
- Shipping Eligibility: At this time, we only ship within the United States, and free shipping is available exclusively for U.S. orders.
Shipping Methods & Processing Times
- We ship via USPS (First-Class & Priority Mail), UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping carriers do not guarantee transit times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
International Orders
- Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, if you use a third-party shipping service to forward your order outside of the U.S., you assume full responsibility for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
- If we begin offering international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for all customs duties and import fees upon arrival. We strongly advise checking with your local customs authority for any applicable charges before placing an order.
Additional Shipping Terms
- We do not refund shipping fees for returned, undeliverable, or refused packages.
- Address errors made during checkout are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
- Once an order has been shipped, BalmScent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number before reaching us.
